We will use a yoga strap, yoga blocks and/or resistance bands throughout the practice. Each session is 45 minutes and a new class added each week.
I will not play any background music or other sounds to ensure you are able to hear me.
Don’t have a yoga strap? No worries, grab the belt from your bathrobe! Do not buy yoga blocks if you do not want to, a book will do! Unsure of resistance bands, anything that is stretchy may work.
